Ingredients

2 plantains
juice of lemon
1 heaping teaspoon ginger powder
oil for cooking
salt

 

Steps

Slice the plantain into fairly thin slices.
Sprinkle with the lemon juice, ginger, and a dash of salt.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Heat oil and fry a few pieces at a time until well browned.
Drain well and serve with roasted groundnut.
